Our home sale was particularly challenging because we were abroad during the time of the sale - Katie handled everything for us, from staging the home to conducting needed final repairs, lining up an excellent contractor and even advancing the funds herself when the money was delayed coming in from abroad. Who does that? Only a professional focused on getting to the finish line for her client, and devoted to serving. She has gone time and time again beyond the line of duty - staying long hours on the phone with us at odd hours in the night to go over the contract, pricing strategy, choice among competing offers and closing process. We ended up closing within 30 days on New Year’s Eve with a buyer 50k above asking price, and that is in great part thanks to Katie’s ability to overcome all the snags on the way to get us to closing day in time new year’s! Katie got the job done. If there was an option for 6 stars, we’d be giving that to Katie and wholeheartedly recommend her to any person wanting to sell their home and in need of an agent who you can trust will have your back. Katie was phenomenal- I can’t recommend her enough. She had thorough knowledge of the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia market. But, most impressive, was the considerable amount of time she spent looking properties—sending pictures and videos— when my wife and I were busy with my young daughter (and pregnant with another baby). Talk about full-service! Katie took us to listings that fit our must-haves: budget, space, location, and aesthetic, while also spending time looking at properties in which we were interested. I feel that Katie was critical negotiating our ‘dream home’ purchase in an all-time ‘hot’ COVID market. Finally, Katie helped to connect us with a great inspector and title company, and after the sale, reputable renovation companies, painters and handymen. We’ve officially moved in and couldn’t be happier!
