Erich Cabe, hailing from the mountains of Western Pennsylvania, initially made his mark as a world-class skier before managing a ski and snowboard school with 135 instructors. After his fourth knee replacement, Erich had to shift gears. He came to Washington, D.C., to embark on a new adventure: real estate. He helped a friend start a finance company in the 1990s, buying, remodeling, and selling homes, and discovered his next passion.
Erich learned quickly that real estate, like skiing, requires patience, dedication, and a steady hand to navigate the terrain.
