Wendy has had a passion for Washington DC real estate since she made her first investment in 2007. She applies her distinctive background in project management, communications, and architecture to deliver unique value for her clients, serving them well in the area’s competitive real estate market. Wendy is a licensed Realtor®️ in DC, Virginia, and Maryland and has been recognized as a Washingtonian Top Agent.
Wendy is committed to her clients’ utmost satisfaction and will support you throughout the process. She is known for her attention to detail, creativity, and leveraging the use of systems and technology. Plus, she knows her way around a toolbox! Wendy holds a Masters in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago, studied Architecture for her Undergraduate Degree at Auburn University, and completed the Executive Leadership program at Cornell University.
Wendy previously managed a $23 billion portfolio of federal investment in public and private infrastructure as a senior manager at the United States Department of Transportation. She has extensive experience in negotiations, contract management, and strategic communications. She has also held positions focusing on consulting, marketing and design. Wendy’s ability to deliver results in high-profile projects resulted in 5 promotions within 11 years. She will apply the same professionalism, drive, and dedication to help you achieve your real estate goals.
Wendy currently lives in Upper Northwest DC with her two school-aged children and their treasured rescue dog, enjoys volunteering in her community, including serving as President of Tenleytown Main Street, and unwinds with art, yoga, and comedy in her downtime. Wendy is also the founder of Confetti, a community play cafe in the heart of Tenleytown.
