Kay O’Brien is a licensed real estate professional in Maryland and DC with experience in listing and buying new and existing homes. She grew up, and still lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland where she attended BCC high school as did her two grown children. She has worked alongside her husband in his homebuilding and remodeling business for over 25 years. The two have built and renovated numerous homes in the Bethesda and Chevy Chase area where Kay has an extensive knowledge of the various neighborhoods. She enjoys all aspects of real estate as well as applying the latest technology Compass has to offer to help her customers more easily navigate the sometimes complicated real estate process. She is dedicated to her clients and values the trust they place in her realizing she is guiding them through one of the biggest milestones of their life. Prior to her career in real estate, Kay followed her passion for helping others as a dental hygienist in both Maryland and DC.
