Originally from the West Coast, Heather has called the DMV her “forever home” since 2008. With an extensive background representing global brands in the luxury travel industry, Heather brings a unique skill set and perspective to the Compass team. Client centricity, outstanding service and transparency are the core values that have shaped her career—complemented by decades of experience in sales and marketing, contract negotiation, product development and program management.
Heather’s personal journey is her strength when it comes to connecting with clients and truly understanding their real estate needs across different stages of life. She has relocated across the country, lived as a young professional in the heart of Logan Circle, moved to focus on growing a family in McCauley Park (Potomac), and finally found “the one”—a generational home on Country Club Drive in Bethesda. Each of these transitions have instilled in Heather a deep understanding of the unique and personal factors that inform decision making for both buyers and sellers. Her lifelong passion for real estate has allowed her to assume numerous roles—buyer, seller, investor, landlord, property manager—and now as an agent, Heather embraces the opportunity to leverage this knowledge for the benefit of her clients.
Heather received a degree in Business Administration from Cal State Northridge and considers herself a native of both Los Angeles, California and Portland, Oregon. She is the proud mother of two daughters and is an active member of the Holton-Arms School community, Congressional Country Club, and Our Lady of Mercy Parish.
